North End Farm Takes Form

Form Properties have recently completed the first new homes at the North End Farm development. With the new residents having moved in and getting settled into their new surroundings, this collection of high-end four and six bed properties is really coming to life.

Designed by StudioNorth, a North East-based cooperative of talented architects and urban designers, these properties bring a modern twist to the classic Georgian vernacular. The homes are based on an L-shape plan form with traditional, dual pitched slate roofs, rustic sandstone walls complimented with zinc clad orangeries and entrance porticoes. They are arranged to define courtyards, which make best use of access, aspect and orientation to create a new sense of place and identity in the countryside.

Michael Foster-Smith, Form Properties Director said: “We’re really pleased how these properties have turned out thanks to our team of designers and contractors that have helped deliver this development to date and we hope the new residents enjoy their homes for many years to come. We look forward to delivering the remaining homes on this site as well as launching Phase 2 in the near future”.
